WASHINGTON, DC: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is starting work on two projects that will benefit residents of Smith Island in Somerset County, Maryland. The projects entail the construction of two jetties to improve navigation at Rhodes Point and dredging the Big Thorofare and Twitch Cove federal channels. The legislation allows concealed carry permit holders to carry a concealed handgun into or possess a concealed handgun in another state that allows concealed carry.
