WASHINGTON, DC: Congressman Andy Harris, M.D. (MD-01) will host his 67th brick-and-mortar town hall meeting on Wednesday, March 28 in Carroll County. All residents of Maryland's First District are welcome to attend the town hall to ask questions and voice their concerns about issues under consideration in Congress.
