On 3/11/14, Fox News' Bill Hemmer interviewed Rep. Harris about the dysfunctional online Maryland health insurance exchange. Last month, Rep. Harris and Rep. Kingston called for the Inspector General (IG) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to investigate the waste and abuse of federal dollars that went toward building the Md. exchange. The IG recently responded to their request and agreed to launch an investigation.
