Harris Announces Electronic Submission Guidance for Art Competition

WASHINGTON, DC: Due to the current circumstance surrounding COVID-19, Congressman Harris has made the following changes to this year's Congressional Art Competition.

*Submission Deadline Extended. The new deadline for artwork submission is Thursday, May 21st at 5:00PM.

*Digital Artwork Submission. Due to Governor Hogan's COVID-19 stay-at-home orders, we are accepting digital submissions of artwork. High-quality photos of each student's artwork should be submitted, via email, to MD01art@mail.house.gov.

*Students must attach a completed 2020Congressional Art Competition Student Information and Release Form with their art submission email. However, we will accept an email from the student's art teacher in place of their signature on the form.
