Congressman Harris Announces Two Telephone Halls This Week

Washington, D.C. – Congressman Andy Harris, M.D. (MD-01), will hold two telephone town halls this week reaching out to more than 120,000 constituents in the First District. Congressman Harris’ office will dial out to constituents across the Upper, Mid, and Lower regions of the district.
