WASHINGTON, DC—Congressman Andy Harris will host a constituent town hall event in Ocean City, Maryland this Saturday, February 16, 2013 starting at noon. The event will focus on Second Amendment rights and gun safety issues. Maryland State Delegates Mike McDermott and Charles Otto will also be attending.
