Congressman Andy Harris addressing NOAA asking for review of their rule making process

DELMARVA – Congressman Andy Harris addressing the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) after hearing from watermen earlier this October.

NOAA is proposing a new speed rule that will directly impact waterman’s business here on Delmarva. At a meeting on October 20, 2022, Congressman Harris sat down with affected watermen, and discussed their concerns with this new rule. NOAA was invited to attend the meeting; however, they were unable to attend.
