"Harris On Hand" is an opportunity for people to speak with staff from Congressman Andy Harris’ office in convenient locations around Maryland's First District. Members of his constituent services team will be on hand to speak one-on-one with citizens of Maryland's 1st Congressional district about problems they're having with federal issues such as Social Security, Medicare or taxes.
